The terms and conditions as set out below govern the agreement between Agentop Limited, the owner of Eessay brand, and the User.
1. Definitions:
  • "EESSAY" member of staff of Agentop Limited
  • "USER" represents the person submitting course-work via an on-line facility for proof-reading.
  • "PROOF-READING" means the reading of a document in order to detect and correct any errors.
  • "ERRORS" represent incorrect syntax (rules and principles that govern the sentence structure of the English language).
  • "COURSE-WORK" represents a document written by a student (the User), either at a university or secondary school, that would contribute towards their overall grade, but which is assessed separately from their final exam.
  • "SERVICE SPEED" represents the timeframe in which the proof-reading of a document is completed and returned to the User.
  • "READY COURSE-WORK" represents course-work that has been proof-read and contains no errors.
  • "SUPER FAST SERVICE" denotes a timeframe of 24-hours. From the time payment is received to the completion of proof-reading and emailed back to the User (24-hours).
  • "FAST SERVICE" denotes a timeframe of 48-hours. From the time payment is received to the completion of proof-reading and emailed back to the User (48- hours).
  • "EMAIL" means an electronic mail box address supplied by the User.
  • "SUBMISSION FACILITY" represents the availability at http:////www.eessay.co.uk on the World Wide Web that allows the transfer of text in digital format in a text box from one computer to another, for proof-reading.
  • "ON-LINE" means a User is connected and utilising the World Wide Web.
  • "PAYMENT FACILITY" represents a World Wide Web based banking system at http://www.eessay.co.uk that is provided and governed by WorldPay, part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. More details are available at: http://www.worldpay.com/shopper/index.php
  • "THIRD PARTY" represents a person, an organisation, an entity or a government body not employed or contracted by Agentop Limited.
2. Utilising the Service:
  • Course-work is delivered to Eessay, via an on-line-based submission facility, for proof-reading.
  • Submitted course-work is checked for errors, corrected and returned via email to the User.
  • Completed Course-work is returned to the User’s email address in Microsoft Word 2003 format.
3. Charges:
  • Charges are based on the amount of words in the course-work submitted to us (not Ready Course-work).
  • Charges for the Fast Speed Service are calculated according to the following formula: Amount of words x 1.5 pence.
  • Charges for the Super Fast Speed Service are calculated according the following formula: Amount of words x 3 pence.
  • There is an initiation charge of £2 for every payment, regardless of the amount of words submitted.
  • Payment is required at the same time the course-work is submitted.
  • Payment is collected via the on-line-based payment facility.
  • Refunds will only be payable at the sole discretion of Agentop Limited.
  • A Promotional Charge is a reduced charge, calculated by the amount of valid email addresses submitted and the amount of words contained in the submitted course-work.
4. Privacy:
  • Agentop Limited will at no stage divulge any personal data or information related to the User’s course-work with any third party.
  • Course-work will be held in Agentop Limited’s electronic database for a period of no longer than 7 (seven) days.
  • Personal information of the User is solely used for digital payment processing purposes only and is handled according to the rules set by WorldPay, a part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
5. Promotions:
  • Agentop Limited may from time to time offer a discount on proof-reading or any other services that they may provide.
  • Discounts will be available for Users, who wish to supply Agentop Limited with valid email addresses belonging to their colleagues, for a discount on words contained in the course-work they submit to us.
  • Every valid email address submitted to Agentop Limited will receive a discount of 1 (one) word from the course-work submitted to us.
6. Complaints procedure:
  • If you are unhappy with the quality of service rendered by Agentop Limited or you think we have returned erroneous work, please utilise the Customer Service Link and provide a short explanation with regard to the nature of your complaint. We will, at all times, investigate the problem and should we find that we were incorrect, the User will be reimbursed their loss or inconvenience, in the best and fastest possible manner by Agentop Limited.
